Why I HATE Trump's immigration ban!

Hello all! It's me, DB with a new blog! This one is all about politics!

This first post will be why I don't like President Donald Trump's immigration ban!

First off, I'd like to state that I am NOT a Trump supporter at all! I did NOT support him in any way, shape or form during the election and I will NOT support him now! Why? I don't think he's the right fit for this country, but that's for another future post.

Today's post is about his immigration ban. I don't like it at all! I think it should be unconstitutional, though I do know it's one of the president's powers if he (or she in the future) wishes to use it. I think that banning people that are from at least 7 countries from entering the US is unfair.

Why?

Because we don't know what those people are like! Perhaps some of the people from each of those countries want to go to the US for fun and entertainment.  Perhaps they want to visit because their families are living in the US. Perhaps they want to visit because they want the chance to gain a better life for themselves.

I know the reason why Trump is doing this is to block terrorists from hurting this country, but I don't think it's fair to block the rest of the people from those 7 countries too!

I think that Trump should instead look at the background of certain people from those countries to determine whether they should come to the US or not. If the person that wants to enter the US to harm the US, then that person shouldn't be allowed to enter, but if that said person wants to come here to vacation or be free or just to visit, then he/she should be allowed to come!

To wrap up this post, I'm saying that Trump's plan to ban immigration from 7 countries isn't right at all! It's unamerican!
